• Please check on your neighbors, friends, and the elderly to insure that they are warm and have food and water tonight!
• Don’t forget our furry friends…dogs, cats, and other outside pets and livestock need plenty of food and water to stay warm tonight.  Blankets and other old clothes can be useful for bedding. Even an old incandescent light bulb warms up a little space outside for the animals. *Important Note:  Always read instructions for using a heat lamp and bulbs for heating.  Make sure they are not touching blankets, cloth, or wood (anything flammable).
• Be safe and if you travel, carry water, blankets, flashlights, cell phones, and first-aid supplies in your car in case you get stranded.
