02/20/2016 – Jeb Bush suspended his Campaign Following the S. C. Primary
According to an ABC3340 news report “Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush is suspending his campaign for the presidency after a disappointing performance in the South Carolina primary on Saturday night.
With 44 percent of precincts reporting, Bush, who had once vowed to win South Carolina, was in fourth place with 8 percent of the vote.”*
In a separate story, ABC3340 also reported that according to the AP “Donald Trump has won the South Carolina Republican Primary.”** “Within 45 minutes after the polls closed.”**
Hillary Clinton was declared the winner of the Nevada primary and reportedly, according to the same sources, Bernie Sanders was conceding the race in Nevada in a phone call to Hillary Clinton but he expects to leave Nevada with ‘A solid share of delegates.’ “*
